The village of Sinard, just like its neighbor St Martin de la Cluze benefitted these last years from a strong population increase.

The attraction for this typical village is explained in particular for its situation. Near to Grenoble because of the presence of the motorway and close to the Lake Monteynard, of many (in particular nautical) activities are accessible (bathing, windsurfing, sailing,…).

Sinard has a splendid view on the lake and Trièves as you can appreciate it on the photograph opposite.
